Motion Sickness

Motion sickness is a common problem affecting 1 in 20 people while travelling. Symptoms are nausea, vomiting and light-headedness.

To try and avoid motion sickness choose your seat to minimize motion. Try and stay still in a semi-reclined position, if possible. Avoid eating big meals, reading, alcohol and cigarette smoke while travelling. There are over the counter and prescription drugs available.
